At WoodySlim®, every order is carefully prepared and shipped
from France by CUPRANA, an individual enterprise registered with the
Valenciennes RCS under number 102 208 303.

Estimated delivery times
Vibrational oil: dispatched within 24 to 72 hours, estimated delivery within
3 to 5 business days.
Well-being accessories: estimated delivery between 2-3 business days
depending on the destination.

Returns & Exchanges

You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of
your order (or from the receipt of the last item in the case of
an order comprising several packages) to exercise your right of
withdrawal, in accordance with current European legislation,
without having to provide a reason.

Return conditions
The product must be returned in its original condition, as far as
reasonable, with the accessories provided.
Handling beyond what is necessary to
verify the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the
product may result in a reduced refund.
A prior request must be sent by email before returning the item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of an error on
our part or a defective product.

Exclusions
For hygiene reasons, sealed products unsealed after
delivery (including massage oils) cannot be returned or
refunded, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.

Refund
After receipt and verification of the product, the refund is
processed within 7 days via the original payment method.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund
is processed.
