At WoodySlim, we make it a point of honor to send you your products as quickly as possible, with care and transparency.
Indicative deadlines
Vibration oil : 3 to 5 working days (shipped directly from our workshop in France).
Wellness accessories : 7 to 15 working days, depending on the place of manufacture and destination.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your WoodySlim experience. If something isn't right for you, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.
Return conditions
The product must be new, unused and unopened
The original packaging must be intact
Return must be made within 14 days of receipt
A prior request must be sent via our contact form or by email
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a damaged product.
Exclusions
For hygiene reasons, opened or used bottles of vibration oil cannot be returned or refunded.
How to make a return?

Mention your order number and the reason for the return.
We will then provide you with the return address and the procedure to follow.
Refund
Once the product is received and checked, the refund is made within 7 days via the initial payment method.
You will be notified by email as soon as the refund is processed.
